File (Content Version) Fields

Object API name: ContentVersion

Content Version is the Salesforce record behind each file. Receipt .pdfs are stored as files attached to the receipt.

How to read the field tables: the Field column shows the label you see on screen, with the field's API name (the name used by admins, reports and integrations) underneath it. The Data Type column uses Salesforce's own terms. A type that starts with "Formula" is calculated automatically and can't be edited.

Receipt Files

Field	Data Type	Purpose
Download URL dryad__Download_URL__c	URL	A download link for the receipt .pdf, created along with the file. Used to send the .pdfs to Dryad's merge service, which combines many receipts into one file for printing.
